The high-temperature motor is fully enclosed and built-in, and is equipped with a special motor cooling system. A two-speed motor is used for direct transmission to achieve dual purposes in one machine (i.e. normal ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during firefighting). It can be remotely controlled automatically after being equipped with an electric control box. It has the advantages of excellent high temperature resistance, large air volume, high wind pressure, and easy installation. It is widely used in firefighting, smoke exhaust and ventilation in high-rise building drying rooms, underground garages, subway tunnels and other occasions. According to the high temperature resistance test method of fire fans, it can operate continuously for more than minutes under high temperature conditions of ℃, and can run continuously for hours/times under medium temperature of ℃ without damage. It has been recognized and adopted by fire departments in major cities across the country.
(B) The single-speed fire smoke exhaust fan model has a compact structure and saves installation space. The double-speed type is equipped with a muffler collector at the air inlet to make the fan operate with lower noise when exhausting air at low speeds.
